If you reach your plan's included voice minutes, additional calls will not be answered by the AI until the next billing cycle. You can monitor usage from your Billing tab and upgrade your plan at any time for more minutes.

Do I need a credit card for the free plan?

No. The free plan requires no payment method. You can upgrade to a paid plan whenever you're ready.
